Job Description:
- Contribute in the Marketing Planning Process for the assigned services and/ or functional areas by collecting and researching; end-user requirements (specialty doctors), the profile of the targeted segment, and corporate objectives.
- Develop and proposing time specific campaigns and activities by considering; program budgeting, resource requirement, media plan, campaign timelines and time cycle, identification and involvement of all the stakeholders (clinical areas, vendors, etc.)
- Work in close coordination with In-house and external design resources to execute the design deliverables
- Execute the assigned events (healthcare educational programs & CMEs, etc.) within and outside the SIH premises
- Explore potential partnerships with external organizations to further showcase Shifa’s service lines and to achieve the overall departmental objectives
- Lead the hospital’s outreach clinic campaigns in peripheries & nationwide
- Initiate programs with the objective to strengthen the relationship with external physicians to develop a consistent referral channel
- Visit surrounding territories to engage referring physicians to collect market feedback and build strong referral channels for the hospital
- In-depth knowledge of referring physician’s profile & update database when required
