The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide services for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement on Plant.
Responsibilities
- Own, collaborate and support all parts of the business on employee-related matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include but not limited to disciplinary proceedings, grievances and performance issues.
- Closely coordinate with IR to ensure policy compliance is ensured and HR / IR Objectives are met successfully.
- Support HRBP on goal setting and performance management program with compliance to timelines.
- Support in training employees on the Performance Management System and ensure that NFL performance management standards are met.
- Ensure business is adequately manned along with compliance of manpower budgeting.
- To partner with managers to support the delivery of their workforce strategy.
- To work closely with the Human Capital Excellence team (Rewards & OD) to deliver one window HR service.
- Execute, Manage & support TA-related process for the business in collaboration with HRBP.
- Ensure sourcing to the onboarding process for hiring in business is done as per timeline.
- Assist the HRBP in ensuring employee engagement levels in business.
- Perform analysis of YoY Headcount comparisons, people related costs in comparison to budgets.
- Perform disciplinary proceedings as per policy/law and maintain a pulse check on the morale and motivation of employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 year of professional experience in HR generalist role
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks on the plant.
