Monitor and facilitate managers in conducting meetings.  Work closely with business and function heads to develop and implement meaningful action plans, while ensuring regular follow-up.  Develop and implement meaningful action plans focused on improving sales for new customers.  Identify and facilitate the resolution of business/enterprise level concerns resulting from managerial action plans.  Ensure meeting the business targets on a monthly and yearly basis.  Monitor and manage the customers with respect to orders and payment follow-ups.  Ensure provision of FC/LV of the region against respective targeted product areas and improve the FC accuracy percentage.  Develop business geared at new customers and add CM as per given budget.  Maintain the customer base and add new potential credible customers. Increase volume on existing customers.  Regular follow up with the customers and ensuring prompt customer service.
