Bachaa Party is looking to hire an skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Manager HR for it's Punjab region.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HR function to support organization’s vision and strategy.
• Ensure execution & compliance of all company HR related policies at all location of Punjab.
• Talent Management: Recruitment, Succession planning, retention.
• Performance Management: Goals management, appraisal process, KPIs, Score cards, Rewards and Recognition.
• Grievances Management: Manage Employee grievances and conduct counseling sessions as and when required.
• Conduct training sessions for all locations of Punjab.
• Grievance handling of employees.
Requirements:
• Education: Master’s In HR from a well reputed institute.
• Experience: Overall 5 – 7 years with 1 – 3 years’ experience in similar capacity (Retail industry preferred).
• Amazing Leadership skills.
• Exceptional Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
