RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards, Organization & Policies professional with hands on extensive experience of designing, integrating, and optimizing frameworks and practices. Individual is expected to create compelling employee value proposition.
- Develop and implement Total Rewards Frameworks (policies, procedures, guidelines, pay scale structures, variable pays etc.) with an aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining the right talent in alignment with people & organization strategy and business objectives.
- Develop agile models and tool kits and conduct Job Analysis, Workload Analysis and Job Evaluation exercises on as and when required basis.
- Participate in benchmarking surveys with external consultants and industry peers for total rewards benchmarking. Synthesize survey results, consolidate insights, and identify areas that require alignment, ensuring competitive positioning and current and future needs of PTCL Group workforce.
- Design and lead compensation and benefit related routine operations including joining offer proposals, retention adjustments, yearly annual increment & bonus payouts and variable pay programs in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Periodically conduct policy and framework reviews, measuring effectiveness and its management reporting, customize reward solutions for specific segments and organization special projects assignments etc.
- Design people and organization policies, Lead policy review initiatives to improve employee experience while aligning with people and business strategy.
- Build internal capability on compensation and benefits frameworks and related tools
- Understand organization design models (structures, job descriptions, job & work designing, skills & capabilities etc.); can translate and integrate total rewards scheme according to levels and job architecture.
- Facilitate implementation of organizational structural changes to develop a High-Performance Organization using state of the art change management methodologies.
- Preparation of group HR budgets in alignment with corporate budgeting process and guidelines; quarterly reviews and performance monitoring & Reporting; ensuring all compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and manage good professional relations (internal and external); Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, project costing, and facilitate Leadership in decision making
