LOCATION :Quetta, Balochistan
QUALIFICATION : Masters from HEC recognized institute
EXPERIENCE :Having 6 – 10 years of relevant experience of working in banking industry on the business side at senior level position.
DESIRED SKILLS
To lead and train area managers/team towards sustainable success and to ensure that growth rates are achieved by each branch in terms of deposit and profit.
To develop, alter and innovate marketing strategies with a view to cater with ever changing economic conditions.
Consistent follow up with branches for development of core marketing portfolio in their areas.
To achieve management assigned targets and goals.
To ensure that bank’s and regulator’s policy/regulations are followed and implemented accordingly.
