What is Expert Channel Performance Management & Insights?
- Performance Management and governance of the channel
- Analyze the Digital Reports to improve the business and bring overall efficiency
- Develop performance metrics based on changing trends in the Business and Distribution
- Preparation of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business direction plans based on the analysis to determine micro-opportunities for improvement
- Support regional teams by giving Business insights and actionable points
- Monitoring of growth at Regional, MBU & franchise levels on a month to month and year to year basis and ensuring governance and curbing ill practices.
- Visit circle/regional teams regularly and based on findings develop action plans for future follow-up.
- Develop & maintain/improve KPIs of the channel partners and sales team to help achieve desired business objectives
- Seamless coordination for VP's events
The role reports directly to the Manager Channel Performance Management & Insights and has 00 people reporting directly to it with an extended team of 02 team members
What do Expert Channel Performance Management & Insights do?
- Ø To come up with actionable insights by performing in-depth study and building a strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ø Support channel to bring quality customers to the company's base
- Ø Respond to analysis and reporting needs within the prescribed time frames
- Ø Analyze outputs for accuracy and relevance with the management/regional requirements and formulates these into meaningful analysis/Insights
- Ø Supporting the on ground sales team and regional planning teams
- Ø Bringing the right focus to the sales organization
- Ø Translating data into actionable insights
- Ø Data cross tabs, trend analysis, Number Crunching, Data quality check, numbers validation, data Archiving.
- Ø Conduct market research and derive actionable finding for sales team.
- Ø Identify gaps in all KPIs and support sales team to improve our market shares.

- Telco Business/Distribution/B2B/B2C model knowledge
- Process-oriented approach toward problem solving
- Should be able to analyze, understand, and recommended solutions to a complex problem
- Ability to carry out analysis and develop actionable insights for the team
- Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
- Coordination with department VP, secretaries of the senior management for VP's calendar events alignment
