Hascol Lubricants Private Limited is lookingfor Area Sales Manager and Territory Manager in its Hi - Street Lubricants Department to be based at Islamabad and Gujranwala.
Main Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for:
• Maintaining and expanding customer base by counselling sales team; building and maintaining rapport with key customers
• Providing distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the area
• Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
"• Ensuring distribution management, like ordering ,stock, credit in market from distribution side, distributor ROI, sales team productivity, etc."
"• Developing lubricant business including promotions, execution plan, coverage plan, distributor management, revenue management, target phasing etc."
• Developing strategies to set and achieve sales targets
• Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research
• Financial management and controlling DSOs
Education: Must be Bachelors
Experience: 3-4 Years of experience preferably in same industry I FMCG-Retail Management & Distribution Management
