HBL is looking to hire a Relationship Manager FMDOs in Corporate Commercial and Investment Banking Function, Islamabad who will be responsible for acting as the primary contact person for Foreign Mission and Development Organization clients related to account servicing, maintenance, transactional queries and resolving complaints and service issues so as to create lasting relationship with FMDO clients
Job Details:
• Facilitate the service to ensure routing of maximum import and export business by critically analyzing the trade wallet of the client and adherence to an agreed minimum trade reciprocity ratio.
• Ensure that all related administrative functions, including file maintenance, regular service reviews, call reports thereby adhering to the internal, external audit policies and regulations resulting in satisfactory audit ratings.
Act as a service partner and work together with RMs, Product Sales Team, TEB, Trade and all Operations units to identify opportunities to improve overall client service experience.
• Ensure marketing the full suite of products and services offered by the Bank to existing and prospective clients ensuring a minimum cross sell ratio of 3x and creation of multiple revenue streams for the bank.
Location: Islamabad
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Banking or equivalent.
Experience: 2.5 years’ relevant experience such as relationship management and credit analysis in a financial institution
