Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's
Department: Customer Services Division
Experience: Minimum 1 year’s banking experience
Requirements:
Service Monitoring
To conduct service monitoring by visiting various assigned bank segments/ Branches.
Ability to prepare call reports and share the findings of the monitoring with the concerned unit/segment during the visit.
Analytics & Process Improvement
Aptitude to perform gap analysis and identify root causes.
To ensure the smooth functioning of process improvement initiatives within the designated segment/unit
Locations: Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Multan, Gujranwala, Lahore Islamabad, Peshawar, Mardan
