Job Purpose:
To support business intelligence operation in developing dashboards, Automation of Reports and ad-hoc analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design dashboards and reports with regards to regional commercial KPIs.
- Develop automated mechanism for Reporting and Dashboards for Regions and RGM.
- Extract and synthesize ad-hoc data from DWH and COGNOS for commercial decision making.
- Support Channel in Enablers & KPIs based analysis for Channel Development, Gross Add and Recharge enhancement. Assist the Sales team in identifying gaps in channel, Quality and Distribution and Site based data.
- Initiate and lead projects that cater to data cleansing, mining and drill down analysis.
- Check, Identify and Rectify errors in reports and Data Shared by Commercial and IT for Commissions, promotions and KPI calculation.
- Developing and Reporting RGM, RDs, CPBS Manager, RSM and GM KPIs.
- Automation of various reporting to increase efficiency of internal customers.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure
- Able to maintain close coordination with regions Sales operations and HQ S&D
- Analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point
- Team player

- Knowledge of SQL, Google Earth, Power BI
- Understanding of VB for preparing macros
- Knowledge of scripts automation
- Knowledge of Telecom IT infrastructure and applications
