Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to perform costing and profitability modelling related to customer operations department functions as per profitability model provided by Etisalat group. The scope of this position would include coordination with finance on OPEX and CAPEX related to business shops, call center operations
Job Description:
- To analyze business activity data generated from subscriber level touchpoints and ensure that they reports related to KPIs set by group are timely shared with management
- Analyze customer traffic at all service delivery platforms and provide routine and adhoc reports & analytics to the stakeholders for resource optimization and efficient service delivery
- To design and implement processes to handle the changes to the KPIs and to provide information for evaluation of KPIs to CS Management
- Adherence and compliance to company policies and procedures
- Perform statistical analysis, trend based analysis on key customer related indicators with a focus to enlighten management to take timely business decision
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelors in relevant field
- Preferable: Bachelors in IT
Experience:
- 3 plus years of relevant experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Teradata
- SQL
- Analytics & Data mining
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
Location: Islāmābād, Pakistan
