Ufone Pakistan Jobs Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales
Job Purpose
This position is required to tap and bring on board high profile Corporate / SME & Government organizations. The job holder should have the ability to evaluate the customer requirement and should be able to propose most appropriate solution keeping in view the Ufone`s available products & services. This position holder will be responsible to retain and on board account and provide after sales services till the time it is handed over to Priority services department. This position will be supervised by Regional Manager Enterprise Sales and will directly be interacting with Customer Services and Support, C&C Finance, Technical Admin, Corporate Customers, SMS, SOHO and Individual Customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned Revenue targets through Voice / Solution Selling. Suitable candidate will be responsible to generate revenue of Approx. Rs.100k on monthly basis through new voice, VAS and solution sales
- Improve Customer satisfaction level by providing good after sales services and will also be responsible to generate high quality references through existing customers
- Visit new corporate clients and maintain high quality prospect list. Suitable candidate should be aware of corporate segments and their potential business requirements
- Responsible to provide reports, as and when, required by the management.
Education
Bachelors or Masters Degree
Experience
Fresh to 1 year experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of Enterprise Solution Selling
- Understanding of Corporate Segment & Cellular Requirement
- IT/System Understanding
- Good Presentation skills
- Good Communication skills
