Ideal candidate will be interviewed in consideration with the following day to day activities.
- Dealing with customers on daily basis as a customer support from generating sales to after sales support.
- Maintaining proper records of each order and updating their current status.
- Making sure of on time processing and deliveries of orders
- Coordination and resolving delivery issues with courier companies
- Must have an organized approach in keeping and maintaining daily records
- Must have knowledge of current social media, ecommerce, technology trends
- Must have efficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic IT skills
- Must be a team player
