ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Shift Manager Services for its Polyester business at Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead implementation of behaviour-based Safety culture in line with ICI Pakistan HSE&S standard and ensure zero LTI/RWI/MI for ICI Pakistan and contactor staff in the area of responsibility
· Ensure effective utilisation of all utilities to support production & efficiency targets by supplying total power and other utilities and closely monitoring process conditions and quality parameters for positive change in quality or equipment behaviour without delay. Initiate corrective actions with the support of the Plant Manager to minimise production loss and adverse effects on product quality.
· Ensure effective operations of gas & steam turbines and coordinate with the relevant department for timely maintenance.
· Ensure safe handling of boilers wastes including Flue Gases, Fly Ash, Bottom Ash and other industrial wastes through COD and BOD testing as per required NEQs and HSE&S standards
· Ensure safe operation of ETP by keeping the excursions within limits and above-mentioned standards as well as operation and regular monitoring of firewater network and emergency equipment
· Ensure all applicable statutory requirements are fulfilled including Boiler Inspection, EPA and SNGPL as required under the law.
· Ensure financial KPIs of the section (Revenue expenditure & Manpower Overtime) are within budget.
· Planning of Capex and Opex, Energy budgeting feedbacks and monthly monitoring.
· Development of management and non-management staff for growth in the organisation through on the job coaching, behaviour improvement and skill development programs.
