Position: Department Coordinator
Mission Statement: Support Sales team in coordinating with all relevant functions, compiling Rolling Estimates, aligning monthly targets and assist in completion of operational support related tasks
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop and share reports based on the territory needs or the requirements of Sales Manager to improve certain struggling KPIs for each sales individual like DSR, Top 10 SKUs etc
- Lead month-end closing process in alignment with territory finance by providing necessary provisions & accruals related to DME/other claims etc.
- Develop detailed periodic reviews for each sales individual for Sales Manager and assist in preparing necessary data for annual business plan
- Distributor wise monthly target setting in line with FSD rolling estimate for the territory and ensure it’s complication after review by Area Sales Manager to share the final targets with territory/HO finance
- Follow up with commercial sales team on issues/requirements by group office or other cross functional team member like forecasting/RE, dispatch issues, status updates etc.
- Collection, consolidation of outlet agreements & DME payments
Candidate Education: Bachelors or Masters in Management Sciences / Business Administration
Experience Required: 0 – 2 Years
Location: Faisalabad
