Position: Manager Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Education: CA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)/ Masters (Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Management)Enterprise Risk Management/Risk Management certifications can be a plus
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant experience
- Direct experience in risk management or Internal Control role in telecom is a plus
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Telecommunication business
- Proficient in different MS IT tools (including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good knowledge of business processes/ERP/RPA etc.

Experience:

- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of Digital Sales and Distribution system Inventory Management, CRM functions/Features and Commissioning (BSS domain)
- Complete understanding of the value chain involved (people, processes and systems involved) in the daily operations of the S&D, CCD, and Marketing, Devices, CDM and Business Segment areas
- Previous experience of working on digital platforms/applications
- Sound understanding Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Project Management & Program Management

Position: Assistant Manager Internal Control on Financial Reporting (ICFR)
Education: CA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)/MCS/BCS
Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of COSO/SOX frame work
- Direct experience in a control designing, risk assessment to management with experience in telecom is a plus;
- Knowledge of IFRS and its applications specially on Telecommunication Industry;
- Understanding of Telecommunication networks and related business/financial process;
- Proficient in different MS IT tools (including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Good knowledge of audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts, and trends;
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion/ERP/RPA etc.
