Position: Lead Legal Advisor/ Lead Legal Counsel

Criteria:
- To serve as the primary legal advisor to the board of Directors.
- Managing all corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Assist in Company and secretarial activities.
- Handle all labor matters with legal compliance.
- Assessing legal implications and risks advising management accordingly.
- Handling arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law.
- Should be LLB/LLM with 8-12 years of experience.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory law, Labor Law & legal aspects of Corporate laws.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong analytical & Communication skills.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client counseling skills.
