Skills Requirement: Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)/Negotiation skills/Report writing and drafting skills.

Job Duties:

• Customer dealing/handling
• Complaint Resolution/handling
• Preparing case history and drafting the case from scratch (Report writing)

Skills Requirement:

• Quantitative mindset & analytic capabilities.

• Perform data analysis to support executive decisions.

Title: Finance Executive – Unit Pricing
Department: Finance & Accounts
Section: Back-office Investments
Location: Karachi
Education: ACCA Affiliates only
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Investment Back-office Finance.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of daily equity trade settlements – AP for equity purchase, fixed income purchase & receivable in respect of equity sales for all funds.
• Preparation of daily NAV calculation of assigned Funds.
• Assist in monthly investment closing.
• Assist in upgradation of Pricing system & developing processes.
• Reconciliation of custody statements.
• Daily Recording of entries in Oracle.
• Preparation of consolidated portfolios on daily basis.
• Any other task as may be assigned by the supervisor / management.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
