Position: HR Business Partner
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering / Business Administration or MBA / MSc. in Business Administration preferably in a HR related domain.
- SHRM/CIPD certifications will be preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience especially with 2+ years in a HRBP role and other various HR stints especially in talent & rewards.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Partner with the ECORP CxO’s to develop function specific HR strategies to enable them to meet to their business objectives and align jointly for successful execution.
- Provide full staffing support to Functions by assessing talent in coordination with line managers.
- Ensure succession plans are in place with the input of Division Heads and HR Heads of Subsidiaries.
- Ensure Performance Management System is completed timely and integrity of the system is maintained.
- Plan and manage headcount and update departmental structures in line with the agreed manpower plan in the corporate planning exercise.
- Plan, promote and manage internal talent mobility with the input of ECORP’s line managers and subsidiary HR Heads.
- Liaise with Centre of Expertise at ECORP HR and Subsidiaries to ensure timely delivery of required business needs.
- Lead, plan, collaborate and close CP exercise from HR to ensure proper manning vis-à-vis budgets
- Prepare Board packs.
