- Ability to read & execution of structure/drawing Ability to maintain,& check Request, NCRs, Drawing & related data
- Supervise contractor staff
- Ability to give technical advice to contractor staff
- Site measurements and material pricing for QS

- Maintenance Billing Experience
- Ability to maintain records & drawings into bills
- AutoCAD Experience with Ability to read drawings
- Financial Biding Experience
