Qualification: 16 Years Education, BS Textile Engineering will be preferred

- Understanding of work flow of the production department.
- Complete understanding on the production Cut to Pack sewing system.
- Understanding on the cost controlling & cost optimization.
- Understanding to maintain WIP mechanism.
- Knowledqe about modern production techniques like LEAN, 65 Etc.
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have excellent efficiency concepts.
