Job Description:
- Responsible for analyzing, proposing and developing the solution design of business processes
- Requirements analysis, process design, Specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration/development and testing
- Responsible for documentation of the different Business Processes with reference to ERP (S/4 HANA)
Conversion of Data, Bulk data Uploads & Master Data Maintenance - Responsible for successful delivery of Standard & Customized Payroll
- Must have Exposure to S/4 HANA, Fiori and Workflows
- Process understanding of different Sub Modules PA, OM, PY, Recruitment, TEM, Travel, Appraisal and Customized solutions etc.
- Hands on Experience of Configuration of SAP FICO Module
- Strong understanding of SAP and integration with other applications / systems in an IT landscape
- Ability to understand Methodologies (Activate, Agile, SCRUM) and other industry business fundamentals and ability to showcase a quick learning curve
