Requirements
- Maximize profitability by formulating sales strategies to achieve Sales Targets
- Monitor Sales Floor and Merchandise Displays
- Maintain market awareness by conducting competitor’s analysis
- Ensure maximized sales of all department by continuous, interacting with Sales Team and training them on Customer Services and Sales Strategies
- Ensure adequate stock levels and control shrinkages by implementing strong control systems
- Must be able to lead and guide people
