Education: B.COM/BBA/MBA (Minimum graduate)
Experience: 2 – 3 years in complaint handling, resolution & Negotiation
Skills Requirement: Excellent communication skills/Negotiation skills/Report writing and drafting skills.
Job Duties:
- Customer dealing/handling
- Complaint Resolution/handling
- Preparing case history and drafting the case from scratch (Report writing)
- Negotiations
