Position: VP Marketing
Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years in similar roles
Education: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or communication
Description:
We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department in Islamabad. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the company in building out, scaling and managing the offshore marketing team. Ultimately the VP Marketing will ensure the department’s activities contribute towards the company’s long-term goals and support the company in achieving its revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a conduit between the onshore marketing and sales organization in the US and the offshore team in Islamabad
- Have a good understanding of core marketing technologies (martech stack) used in B2B settings
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Build-out and scale the offshore marketing team
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations while also ensuring project timelines are met for ongoing initiatives.
Requirements;
- Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools and techniques.]
