Position: Senior Manager Engineering
Lead and supervise planning and implementation of engineering projects.
The scope includes designing of manufacturing processes for new and existing products by coordinating with principles and customers. Candidate should have experience in documenting production procedures, reviewing plant layouts, developing tools and fixtures, implementing engineering changes, product testing, and material and equipment supplier sourcing, staffing requirements, improving KPIs, and making cost reducing initiatives.
Bachelor of Engineering with at least 12 years’ relevant experience preferably in automotive industry.
