Skills required:
- You have 5+ years of working experience in the field of Owned & Paid media, CRM/ Base Marketing for E-Commerce or Telecom business.
- You are familiar with loyalty, retention programs and the customer lifecycle concept.
- You have proven experience in working with CRM and campaign management tools, like Braze, Twilio, Productsup.
- You are data driven, biased toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
- You have working knowledge with SQL, HTML, XML, and general office software.
