Position Title: Senior Accounts Officer
Overview
Bykea is a Pakistan based app offering motorbike transport, deliveries, commerce and payment matchmaking services on its marketplace platform. Over 2 million registered users drive utility from Bykea in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
Position Specific Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Individual who can work closely with our Finance and other department teams. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of payments with recording in books.
Job Role - This position will be tasked with these main objectives:
at least 4 years of experience in the Finance department (may also include audit firm experience).
Data entry of liabilities against invoices and payments in finance software, also responsible for bookkeeping and supporting documents related to vendor liabilities and payments
Dealing with departments and vendors regarding payments and reconciliation of vendor ledgers.
Data entry of liability and payment related to payroll (management and contractual).
Recording all liability and all payments through credit card. Must be responsible for payment within due date and maintenance of hard copies of vouchers / supporting documents related to credit card payments.
Preparation of Invoices to restaurants (linked with Imran Food Team) and liaison with Food Team.
Data entry of Food invoices and payments received from restaurants, including maintenance of hard copies of vouchers and supporting documents.
Responsible for the update of Bank Position.
Recording and reconciliation of Petty Cash Karachi, Rawalpindi and Lahore office.
