Multi Restaurants Managers / Area Coaches:
- Responsible for overseeing the people, processes and operations of multiple restaurants.
- Drive excellence in day-to-day operations of all restaurants in the region.
- Coach, recognize and motivate Managers and Restaurant Teams.
- Plan and Set goals of his respective restaurants while focusing on problem solving / process improvement for meeting the brand standards.
Experience: 3 to 5 years on the Restaurant Manager position in Restaurant, hospitality or Retail industry.
Qualification: Minimum Masters / Diploma in Hospitality
